This Dolomite 1500 has had some bad luck recently but has now been rejuvenated and looks stunningly different with bright orange paint and period alloy wheels.

We are proud to welcome our first Guest Dolomite based outwith the British Isles. We were contacted by the Portuguese owner of this 1975 Sprint requesting information about suppliers of parts for left-hand-drive cars and following our request to feature his car, he has graciously agreed.

It's been a bit quiet around here lately, but the Blog page has just been updated, with a modern twist on an oft-told story - only this time there is photographic proof.

One of the Guest pages has been re-written. This Dolomite from the Isle of Wight has been steadily rejuvinated over the last 10 years, since it was saved from the scrap yard in 2000. The restoration is now complete so the page also includes pictures of the finished car.

A new page has been added to help provide information relating to Stolen Dolomites. The purpose of this page is to spend word when a car is stolen but also to allow potential purchasers the opportunity to find out if the car they are looking at is known to be stolen.

The Guest Dolomite page is continuing to expand and now includes an example of most models within the "Dolomite" range. This Dolomite Sprint has recently undergone a full restoration and is a credit to the skill and patience of its owner.

A further addition to the Guest Dolomite page. This car, a Dolomite 1500SE, is now becoming very rare and sought after and is one of only 2260 originally made. This one is now looked after by its Dublin based owner.

I originally added the My Motorcycles Page to this site to fill it out a bit, but in recent weeks I have started to feel that it did not "fit in" with the rest of the site. I have now moved this page to a new mini-site, which can be found here or in the Links page.

Following a number of issues, over the last week or two, with my ISP's ability to reliably host this site, it has been moved a new home. This also means the site has a new name too - "mytriumphdolomite.info".

Added another Guest Dolomite, but this one is not a Dolomite or even a Triumph. It is a rather nice Panther Rio Especial from Essex and is one of only 12 ever made.

Added a few more Guest Dolomites, a Toledo from Aberdeen and a Dolomite from the Isle of Wight - almost both extremes of the country. Also added an updates section to the Homepage.

Added my first Guest Dolomite - a 1300 - there is not much text on the page at the moment, but hopefully I can add to it soon.

I have been planning to update this site for a while now, but never managed to find a format that I liked. I wanted to add a "Guest Dolomites" page, but wanted to maintain the look and feel of the original site and I think I have now acheived this - I just need some Dolomites to feature in it.
I also added a few pages that cover the other great vehicular passion in my life - Ducati Motorcycles.
I hope to be able to update this site more regularly now and hope you enjoy visiting it.

For some time now I have wanted to set up some sort of website relating to the Triumph Dolomite. As there are many good sites out there already, it didn't make sense to "reinvent the wheel", so decided to create a site for MY Triumph Dolomite. I hope to expand the site with more informaton including a planned trip to Shetland for the Classic car show held there on an annual basis.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the site.
